What Size Is The Playmat Im Getting?

Your playmat size is 24 width by 14 height, a great size for any game which you intend to use your mat for. This is to ensure when you play with one of our playmats, that you are comfortable and you have a suitable playing area.

What Quality of Image Should i Look For?

We recommend any of our customers making their own custom mat for printing that they make sure the picture is as high quality as possible. A great way to check the quality is to simply zoom in on the picture you want printed to see if it becomes pixelated when blown up. 1280x1024 is usually the dimensions that we have found most suitable to convert into playmat size so that the quality of your image is preserved.

How Long Does it take to process and ship my Playmat?

Processing the order and printing it usually takes about 3 days and shipping usually takes about 7-10 business days. Your order should be arrive to you within 10-13 business days and we do also offer express shipping. If you require your mat faster simply add it into our customents page after checkout.
